Reviews

I joined the gym a few years ago on a free trial and I haven't turned back. The staff here are very knowledgeable regarding my gains, and I would have never thought I would have stepped back in the boxing ring in 2019. I love the fact the gym members are friendly and sociable, there is new equipment, and the classes just get better and better! I like it now 24-7 as I work shift work so I can't make any more excuses!

When I started Motiv8 I had just been divorced and I was not in a good place one of my friends was a member of Motiv8 and told me to get my ass up there and I did and I could not believe how nice all the people were and the owner’s Mark & Nicole was so I joined it helped me with a lot of my depression that I got from my divorce the classes was a big part to play in getting my mind in place and over time made some really good friends when I started I could not jump on a box or do push ups and now doing the classes and some weights I can do push ups and box jumps run and feel great in myself so a big thank you to all at Motiv8 for there support and help in getting me where I am today and for the journey to continue with the Motiv8 family

My name is Amy and I've been attending Motiv8 for about 6 years now and it was the best decision I ever made. After having my children I put on so much weight and it made me very unhappy, then with slimming world and Motiv8 in just over a year I lost over 4 and half stone, and not only was I back in my size 8 clothes but I had a toned body to go with it. I mainly do classes and never been this fit, I've reached goals I didn't even dream I could, I've made friends for life and I enjoy going. I've tried many gyms in my life time and none have the special something that Motiv8 has, everyone is friendly and it has lots of variety.
