My name is Amy and I've been attending Motiv8 for about 6 years now and it was the best decision I ever made. After having my children I put on so much weight and it made me very unhappy, then with slimming world and Motiv8 in just over a year I lost over 4 and half stone, and not only was I back in my size 8 clothes but I had a toned body to go with it. I mainly do classes and never been this fit, I've reached goals I didn't even dream I could, I've made friends for life and I enjoy going. I've tried many gyms in my life time and none have the special something that Motiv8 has, everyone is friendly and it has lots of variety.
