Functional Fitness

The purpose of our Functional Fitness class is to train the body for everyday situations. We teach exercises that mimic everyday actions.

Circuits are incorporated into this class and all of your muscle groups will be engaged, leading to fat loss, improved conditioning and built muscle.

Our expert coaches provide you with only the best guidance and motivation to make sure you become a more efficient human being inside and outside the gym with this class.
