Mark
Founder
Mark started Motiv8 after leaving the British Forces. His illustrious career, where he took on the role of a physical training instructor, provided him with the skills and vision to get the best out of the men and women training under him. Not only that, but Mark has also represented England GB Boxing. Mark has gathered 20 years of knowledge and experience within the health and fitness industry, taking on new recruits to advanced athletes. During this time, Mark has gained many qualifications, in several areas, including, boxing coaching, strength & conditioning, Olympic lifting, weight management, nutrition and many more! The best part about Motiv8, for Mark, is the opportunity it gives him to work alongside both clients that are completely new to fitness, all the way to advanced veterans. Mark prides our facility on being the one-stop-shop for all abilities.

Nicole
Co-owner
She takes on a number of roles here at our gym, she is the face behind the reception desk; most days, she will be the first face you will see when you come in for your workout. Knowing Motiv8 inside and out means she will always be available to answer all of your gym queries and questions. Upon your first visit, she will be the one to introduce you to our awesome facility. Nicole enjoys seeing more and more people of varying abilities choose Motiv8 to improve their health and fitness. She is always happy to help in any way she can to make sure you are getting the most out of your time with us, as well as feeling comfortable and confident.

Frank
Personal Trainer
He is currently a British Drug Free Powerlifting Association (BDFPA) record holder. He has competed in national and even international competitions. Frank passes on his championship status by supporting other athletes to succeed in their own competitions. Specialising in strength and conditioning, powerlifting and strongman training, he is an incredible asset to Motiv8 and its members. His experience in mobility, fitness, and sports relevant training means he has the skill and knowledge to push his trainees to be their absolute best, which is what he loves about Motiv8. Frank is a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer and is currently studying a degree in Strength and Conditioning with Rehabilitation at Anglia Ruskin University.

Personal Trainer
She is a renowned weightlifting instructor, specialising in Olympic lifting, circuit training and functional fitness training. With expertise in weight loss, improving strength and fitness, Katie is committed to educating and motivating our members to, not only, achieve but sustain their goals. What she loves most about Motiv8 is seeing our members improve their fitness and confidence. Being a big believer in using fitness to improve mental health and wellbeing allows her to connect with the people she works with. Katie is a star athlete and has completed several marathons and is training for her first 48-mile ultra-marathon at the end of January 2022.
